@@GoombaNL no nothing I wish I had a video camera or a capture card but because I have 0 proof therefore the record does not count and is null and void (and you don't have to challenge me) but honestly with your skill I don't think I could hold it for 1 week at most

and the reason why I said challenge me was because I was probably very very very overconfident

@@Ikronix007short answer: Yes! Long answer: To charge a drift, you'll need to move the control stick only from outside to neutral (the middle). Many people think it's left-right or vice versa, but it's not. So for example, in Luigi Circuit's big left facing turn, you start a drift holding Left + R (assuming R is your drift button). Then in order to charge it, we'll need to hold outside, so RIGHT in this case, then neutral. This charges to orange. Do these steps again (outside -> neutral), and blue sparks appear. Each of these steps require a certain amount of time to register, so you can't quickly keep flinging the control stick -- theres a tiny pause between each movement. Do it slowly until it's consistent, then speed up as you grow more comfortable with it, but never sacrifice consistency. You can release R at any time once the blue spark has been charged, so no worries about that. Hope that helps!

@@GoombaNL Now that I think about it I consistently do this part. I've done this naturally as a kid so I never really thought of it. My friend (and my brother) both wiggle the stick left AND right like you would in the more recent versions of Mario Kart such as Deluxe. Thanks for the Tip and Explanation!!

Hit it on the right back, they fly front left, hit them on the left back, they fly front right and on top of that, u get that car speed boost, dont you? If not, I dont want to attack you with "hell nah". You're an awesome driver and we all can see that. I liked your video with the steering wheel on MKDD too. ​@@ZylpaxGamingxKully I'm aware! It's just that it also depends on the shroom cars facing direction, and the distance rarely lining up properly to not lose time. There's definitely moments though where it can work out (e.g on the bridge itself in Mushroom Bridge) but mushrooms actually don't save a whole lot of time in general -- Let alone hit the shroom car optimally when using a steering wheel haha Also, you don't get the car speed boost (which is only when lightninged) as the shroom car doesn't spin you out

20 years now btw. Lol was still in my mind that that car gave boosts too... yes I was a cracked kid at gaming. even played pokemon red fully through at the age of 6 lol started it with the age of 3. Yeye, love gaming. Love you ty for oldschool vibes :)

From there you want to try going for the real thing, jumping as far out and back as you can from that balcony wall
